I believe in making therapy approachable, rewarding, and personalized. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Together we will discover what this looks like for you based on your unique needs and hopes. Whether we are discussing pregnancy or postpartum, trauma, grief, profound life transitions, or the day-to-day stressors of being human, what feels important for you can change over time or even session to session. And that’s ok! Together we will look at past experiences, current challenges, and patterns of thinking related to being in the world. We will utilize tools and processing to deepen self-compassion, self-discovery, and, ultimately to foster change. 

I have seen firsthand that people can move through even the most overwhelming challenges. Motherhood and relationships can bring joy — but they can also surface anxiety, resentment, grief, and a sense of disconnection.

I work with women and couples navigating pregnancy, postpartum transitions, identity shifts, relationship challenges, and anxiety. Together, we create space to better understand what you’re carrying, break patterns that no longer serve you, and help you feel more connected to yourself and the people you love.
